Technology, Online A Wrap-Up

During the course of the trimester in Online A, a class that you are required to take in your 9th grade year, I've learned many tools and resources online that will help in me during my life tasks. I've also learned how to do things online that I'll never use again outside of this class. Some of the tools I've learned to use during this trimester include my blog that I'm typing this on now, Delicious, a podcast, how to make a couple avatars, how to use Wiki, an RSS feed, and the widgets that I use on my iGoogle. Although I may not use these things ever again, during this trimester, they were quite helpful! Some information we learned about consisted of how to be safe and cautious online, how to search the internet (THE RIGHT WAY!), and also some stuff about copyrighting and infringement. Technology in my opinion is very important for many different reasons, but I think it's important because it is the basis of multiple businesses and communication varies upon technology also. I'm quite lucky to be able to have this class everyday because technology is a solution to many daily needs!
